At Homi ZR, we understand the deeply personal and sacred nature of weddings, Nikkahs, and private family milestones. We treat all client contact information, venue locations, and design consultations with utmost discretion and confidentiality.
1. Information We Collect
When you submit an inquiry through our website, interact with our Live Booking Wizard, or message us via WhatsApp, we collect:
- Contact Information: Full name, email address, phone / WhatsApp number.
- Event Details: Celebration date, event category (e.g. Royal Nikkah, Reception, Shower), venue name and city within Dallas–Fort Worth.
- Aesthetic Preferences: Color palette, floral arch preferences, target investment budget, and inspiration images or links.
- Logistics Data: Venue load-in instructions, banquet coordinator contact details, and midnight strike requirements.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is exclusively used to provide bespoke floral styling services, including:
- Preparing customized design proposals, moodboards, and transparent quotes.
- Confirming calendar availability and coordinating logistical timelines with your DFW venue.
- Sending automated inquiry confirmations, deposit receipts, and final balance reminders.
- We never sell, rent, or trade your personal information with third-party advertisers.
3. Event Photography & Media Consent
Homi ZR takes pride in capturing high-resolution photos and video reels of our floral installations, backdrops, and decor setups.
- We photograph our floral structures and stages prior to guest arrival.
- If you prefer your event setup to remain strictly private or not featured on our social media (@homi.zr) or website portfolio, please let us know during your initial consultation or in your contract, and we will unconditionally honor your privacy.
4. Data Retention & Security
Inquiries and client files are stored on secure, encrypted cloud servers (Supabase & Cloudflare). Financial transactions and deposit payments are handled through PCI-compliant enterprise merchant gateways; Homi ZR does not store raw credit card numbers on our servers.
